Electric heating net is hand knitted from glass yarn and there is no joint to maintain the strength of the yarn and stands high temperature upto 350°C. The body of the mantle is spun from one piece of non rusting Aluminium (upto 5.0 Lt. Capacity) duly Stoving Painted. All heating mantles are lagged with special grade mineral wool. The unit is recommended for making pyrogen free water of a very High degree of purity. This still is fitted with ISI mark Kettle Element with ejection device. The complete unit is made of stainless steel except tap, to work on 220/230 Volts A.C.

The body is made of P.C.R.C. sheet painted with attractive stove enamel. The top of plate is 20.5 cm dia fitted with an indicating lamp. This type of heating plate is very useful for fast heating upto 500°C. To work on 220/230 Volts A.C.

Temperature is controlled by a hydraulic thermostat from 5℃ above ambient to 100℃ with a sensitivity of ± 0.5℃, fitted with ISI Market Tubular Element. Bath consists of 2 pilot lamps and water bath single wall is also available.
